(ESL25) PLATFORM LOWERED LIMIT 
SWITCH – Indicates to neutral safety switch 
and parking brake switch if the platform is 
completely lowered.  Engine will die if 
attempts are made to drive unit without 
platform lowered. 

(ESL25) 8 ft LIMIT SWITCH – STABILIZERS 
Will not permit platform to raise beyond 8 ft 
without stabilizers down. 

(ESL25) PLATFORM 
TRAVERSE LIMIT SWITCH 
(under platform) – Will not 
permit platform to lower beyond 8 
ft without platform fully retracted. 

Limit Switches and Their Location 

(ESL33) PARKING BRAKE 
SAFETY SWITCH (on parking 
brake under unit) – Will not 
permit engine to be started or 
functions to operate unless 
parking brake is set. 

(GE128-1) NEUTRAL SAFETY 
SWITCH (on transmission) – 
Will not permit engine to be 
started

TRAVERSE Will not permit platform to traverse 
out unless platform is raised beyond 8 ft.

the soft lowering system the 
final few inches of travel.

STABILIZERS LIMIT SWITCH – 
Activated (Stabilizers raised) to 
allow unit to be driven.  
Deactivated stabilizer limit switch 
plus activated pressure switch (in
