Step 4: Central Support Tube Assembly
Tool Needed:
5mm Allen wrench
Note: Apply blue loctite to the threads of
each bolt. Additional assistance may be
needed to help connect cables and to
stabilize central support tube.
A. Remove the preinstalled bolts (A34) from
the main frame.
B. Slide the decorative cover (H9) onto the
bottom of the central support tube (E).
C. As shown in Figure 4) Connect heart rate
wire (E3) to lower heart rate wire (A16)
and connect computer wire (E2) to the
servo motor cable (A11).
Note: Ensure that all wires are properly
connected and stored inside the central
support tube. Be careful not to pinch the
wires.
Note: Tighten the front bolt (A34) first to
help alight central support tube.
D. Place the central support tube (E) on the
main frame and use a 5mm Allen wrench
to tighten bolts (A34) firm to the central
support tube.
Step 5: Front Handle Bar Assembly
Tools Needed:
6mm Allen wrench
4mm Allen wrench
Note: Apply blue loctite to the threads of each
bolt.
A. Remove bolts (E6) and washers (E7) from central
support tube (E).
B. As shown in Figure 5) Place front handle bar (D)
onto the metal plate of the central support tube
and tighten the handle bar using (E6) and
washers (E7). Use a 6mm Allen wrench to tighten
bolts firm.
C. Position the water bottle holder (H5) in the middle
of the central support tube (E), use a 4mm Allen
wrench to tighten two screws (H6).
