Console Operation Instructions
Please read the console operation instruction thoroughly and familiarize yourself with the console
layout before choosing a workout. Going through the console first will give you ideas to the type of
workout possibilities you can choose from. Below is the console layout and detailed operation
instructions.
This product is powered by an internal generator; please make sure you pedal above 35 RPM to
provide sufficient amount of power to the console. In the event of insufficient power, the 6v 1000mA
AC adapter will supply the additional power needed to ensure console operation. Turn the AC power
switch to the ON position.
