ššššš

Interrompere immediatamente l’uso
dell’automazione in caso di
funzionamento anomalo (rumorosità,
movimento a scatti, ecc.): la mancata
osservanza di tale avvertenza può
comportare gravi pericoli, rischi di infortuni
e/o gravi danni al cancello e
all’automazione.

ššššš

Ricordarsi sempre che nel cancello in
movimento sono presenti i seguenti rischi
residui:
a) impatto e schiacciamento sul bordo

principale di chiusura (contro l’anta
singola o tra le due ante);

b) impatto e schiacciamento nell’area di

apertura;

c) schiacciamento tra le parti mobili e

fisse di guida e sostegno durante il
movimento;

d) rischi meccanici dovuti al movimento.

6.1

COLLAUDO

Durante il collaudo assicurarsi che la
misura della forza di impatto del cancello
sia stata eseguita secondo quanto previsto
dalle norme EN 12445 e EN 12453.

ššššš

Controllare che quanto previsto nel
cap. PRESCRIZIONI E AVVERTENZE DI
SICUREZZA sia stato strettamente
osservato.

ššššš

Controllare che l’automazione sia
regolata correttamente e che i sistemi
di protezione e lo sblocco funzionino
correttamente

ššššš

Con il selettore a chiave o il
radiocomando, eseguire prove di apertura
e chiusura del cancello e assicurarsi che
ogni movimento corrisponda a quanto
impostato sulla centrale di comando.
Eseguire più prove fino ad essere certi
della correttezza del funzionamento.

ššššš

Verificare il funzionamento dei led sulla
tastiera della centrale di comando (vedere
manuale specifico).

4.1.1.6. I risultati devono essere conformi
a quanto previsto dalla EN 12453 p.
5.1.1.6.

Per il collaudo del motoriduttore/i MAJOR
seguire questa procedura:
a)

chiudere il cancello;

b)

togliere alimentazione alla centrale;

c)

sbloccare il motoriduttore/i (vedere cap.
SBLOCCO MOTORIDUTTORE);

d)

aprire manualmente le ante per tutta la
loro corsa;

e)

verificare che ogni anta durante il moto
non abbia punti di maggiore attrito;

f)

verificare che ogni anta, fermata in
qualsiasi punto e sbloccata, non accenni
a muoversi;

ššššš

In the event of malfunctions (noisiness,
jerky movements, etc.) suspend the use
of the automation immediately: failure to
observe this rule may entail serious
hazards, risks of accidents and/or serious
damage to the gate and the automation.

ššššš

Always remember that the following
residual risks exist when the gate is in
movement:
a) impact and crushing against the main

closure edge (against the single leaf
or between the two leaves);

b) impact and crushing in the opening

area;

c) shearing between the sliding leaf and

the fixed guides and support during
movement;

d) mechanical risks caused by

movement

6.1

TESTING

During testing, ensure that the
measurement of the gate’s impact force
has been performed in accordance with EN
standards 12445 and 12453.

ššššš

Check that the indications given in the
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND
WARNINGS chapter have been
carefully observed.

ššššš

Ensure that the automation is correctly
adjusted and that the protection and
release systems are in good working
order.

ššššš

Using the key selector or the radio control
perform opening and closure tests and
ensure that each movement of the gate
corresponds to the control unit settings.
Perform as many checks as necessary
to be certain of perfect operation.

ššššš

Ensure that the leds on the control unit
functions properly (see specific manual).

ššššš

In particular, for photocell checks, check
that there is no interference with other
devices. Pass a cylindrical tube with a
diameter of 5cm and a length of
approximately 30 cm through the optic
axis that connects the two photocells.
Perform this check firstly close to the
transmitter and then close to the receiver
and lastly halfway between the two.

ššššš

In all three cases, the device must
intervene by passing from the active state
to the alarm state and vice versa, thus
causing the action set on the control unit:
for example, during a closure manoeuvre
it must cause inversion of movement.

ššššš

Perform the photocell operation test
required in compliance with EN standard
12445 p. 4.1.1.6. The results must satisfy
EN standard 12453 p. 5.1.1.6.

Follow the procedure described below to test
MAJOR operators:
a)

close the gate;

b)

switch off the power supply to the control
unit;

c)

release the operator(s) (see
OPERATOR RELEASE chapter);

d)

manually open the leafs for their entire
travel;

e)

check that the leaves do not experience
points of greater friction during
movement;

f)

check that it does not make even the
slightest movement when stopped at
any point and released;

ššššš

Halten Sie das Tor bei fehlerhaftem Betrieb
(Lärm, stoßweise Torbewegung, etc.) sofort

an: Das Missachten dieses Hinweises kann
zu ernsten Gefahren, Unfällen und/oder

schweren Schäden am Tor und am Antrieb
führen.

ššššš

Vergessen Sie nicht, dass während der
Torbewegung immer folgende Restrisiken

bestehen:
a) Aufprall- und Quetschgefahr am

Hauptrand der Torschließung;

b) Aufprall und Quetschgefahr im

Öffnungsbereich;

c) Quetschgefahr zwischen den

beweglichen Teilen und feststehenden
Führungs- und Halterungsbestandteilen

während der Torbewegung;

d) mechanische Risiken in Folge der

Torbewegung.

6.1 PROBELAUF

Während des Probelaufs ist zu überprüfen,

ob die Aufprallkraft des Tores den Richtlinien

EN 12445 und EN 12453 entsprechend

eingestellt wurde.

ššššš

Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Punkte

im Kap. SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN

UND –HINWEISE streng eingehalten

werden.

ššššš

Überprüfen Sie, dass der Antrieb korrekt

eingestellt ist und dass die

Sicherheitsvorrichtungen und die

Notentriegelung einwandfrei

funktionieren.

ššššš

Führen Sie mit dem Schlüsselschalter oder

der Fernbedienung die Toröffnungs- und

Torschließtests durch und versichern Sie

sich, dass jede Bewegung den

Einstellungen der Steuerung entspricht.

Führen Sie mehrere Proben durch, um sich

von der richtigen Funktionsweise zu

überzeugen.

ššššš

Überprüfen Sie, ob die LED-Anzeigen auf

der Folientastatur der Steuerung

funktionieren (siehe eigenes Handbuch).

ššššš

Bei der Überprüfung der Lichtschranken ist

insbesondere darauf zu achten, ob

Interferenzen mit anderen Vorrichtungen

bestehen.

Steuerung vorgesehene Funktion bewirken:

z. B. während der Torschließung muss die

Umkehrung eintreten.

ššššš

Führen Sie für die Lichtschranken die von

der Richtlinie EN 12445 unter Punkt 4.1.1.6.

vorgesehene Funktionsprobe durch. Die

Ergebnisse müssen mit dem Punkt 5.1.1.6

der Richtlinie EN 12453 übereinstimmen.

Befolgen Sie für den Probelauf des Antriebs/

der Antriebe MAJOR diese Arbeitsschritte:

a)

Schließen Sie das Tor;

b)

Unterbrechen Sie die Stromversorgung der

Steuerung;

c)

Entriegeln Sie den Antrieb/die Antriebe

(siehe Kap. NOTENTRIEGELUNG DES

ANTRIEBS);

d)

Öffnen Sie die Torflügel bis zum Anschlag

von Hand;

e)

Überprüfen Sie, ob alle Torflügel während

der Torbewegung überall gleich belastet sind;

f)

Überprüfen Sie, ob alle Torflügel, in jeder
Position und entriegelt, stillstehen;
