Overview 

The STARPLUS Dispatch

TM

 voice processing 

system is a standalone, compact, full-featured 

PC-compatible voice mail system. It is a self-

contained system, and is designed to be easy to 

install. 

The STARPLUS unit connects directly to digital 
extension port of LDK system. 

There are two PC program for administration and 

setting for DVM. – ‘ADMIN’ and ‘ECOM’ -

BUTTON ASSIGNMENT FOR DVM 
FUNCTION 

 

Description 

The following buttons are assigned for DVM 

functions. 

Operation 

To assign a flexible button at keyset, 

1.  Press the 

[TRANS/PGM]

 button. 

2.  Press a Flex button to assign. 

3.  Press the 

[TRANS/PGM]

 button and dial the 

appropriate code. 

4.  Press the 

[HOLD/SAVE]

 button. 

 

 

 

MESSAGE FORMAT  

 

Description 

When a voice mail is left in a subscriber’s mailbox, 

the following will be displayed at the referenced 

station. 

 

 

 

   

 

Operation 

1.  User makes a call to the voice mail group and 

enters his password. 

2.  He dials “1” to retrieve the messages stored in 

his mailbox. 

3.  When  any  new, urgent or saved messages 

are left in the  voice  mail  system in the 

subscriber’s mailbox the following will be 

displayed at the referenced extension.
