CO Line Features

CO LINE NAME DISPLAY
Description
While a CO line call is received the CO line
number is displayed on the LCD. When the CO
line name is assigned and CO line Name
Selection for each CO line is set, the CO line
name is displayed instead of the CO line number.

Condition
1. CO line name can be assigned to each CO
line.
2. Each CO line name has max. 12 characters.
CO LINE QUEUING
Description
When a user encounters a busy tone during
accessing a CO line or a CO line group, the user
can request a call back (queue) when the CO
line is available. The station will receive a call
back when the busy CO line or a CO line in the
CO line group becomes available.
Operation
To activate queuing while receiving busy tone,
Press the
[CALLBK]
button.

CO Line Queuing (PGM 112-BTN 5)
Condition
1. When the queued CO line becomes idle or a
CO line becomes available in the group, the
oldest queued station will receive signal.
2. A station can make only one CO line queuing
request at one time. If the station tries to
make another CO line queuing, the previous
one is canceled and the later one is available.
3. When the queued CO line available, the
station will receive ring signal regardless of
station signal mode.
CO LINE RING ASSIGNMENT
Description
Each station in the system can be programmed
to provide an audible signal when the system
detects an incoming call on assigned CO lines.
Separate ring assignments are made for day,
night and weekend mode operation. Also, the
audible signal at the station can be delayed by 1
to 9 ring cycles allowing other stations to answer
the call first.
Operation
The LED of
[DND/FOR]
button and LCD on the
attendants’ keyset indicate current ring mode;
Day mode (LED off, LCD shows station number
and ICM answer mode.) -> On-demand mode
(LED is flashing, LCD shows ‘ON DEMAND’) ->
Night mode (LED is lighting, LCD shows
‘NIGHT’) -> Weekend mode (LED is flashing,
LCD shows ‘WEEKEND’)
To change Night mode,
Press the
[DND/FOR]
button at system attendant.
To change On-demand mode,
1. Press the
[DND/FOR]
button at system
attendant in day mode.
2. If there is any station assigned to ring in on-
demand mode at the system, the
[DND/FOR]
button is flashing and it is changed to on-
demand mode.
To change Weekend mode,
1. Press the
[DND/FOR]
button at system
attendant. (It will be toggling by pressing
[DND/FOR] button.
2. It will be operated as programmed in Weekly
Time Table.
