To pick-up a call in night mode,
1. Lift the handset or press the
[MON]
button
and receive intercom dial tone.
2. Dial
5 6 9
(UNA code).
3. The call is connected.

Condition
1. If there is no ringing CO line while attempting
UNA, error tone will be heard.
2. The connected CO line may be transferred or
disconnected in the usual manner.
VOICE ANNOUNCEMENT
System Greetings and Prompts
Description
Attendant station in the system can record the
voice announcements as system greetings and
prompts. System greetings should be recorded
before use. System prompts in user’s language
are contained as default in VMIB. But users can
also modify those prompts.
Prompts for date and time are contained in VMIB
to be used for date and time stamping. With the
help of these prompts, users can understand
when the voice message has arrived. Prompts for
date and time are also built-in and recorded in
user’s language.
Operation
To record system greetings from Attendant;
1.
Press the
[TRANS/PGM]
button and dial
0 6
.
2.
Dial the message number. Then you will hear
the announcement “
Press # button to record
”
If there is already a recorded message in the
number dialed, the recorded message will be
played.
3.
Dial
#
to start recording. Start the recording
after hearing the announcement “
Record
your message
” and confirmation tone.
4.
Or, dial
*
to record using external music port
on the MPB.
5.
Press the
[HOLD/SAVE]
button to finish
recording. Then confirmation tone is heard
and you can record the next one.
6.
Pressing the
[MON]
button while recording,
then the recording is stopped and the
recorded message is saved.
To delete system greetings from Attendant;
1.
Press the
[TRANS/PGM]
button and Code

Dial message number. Only when there is a
recorded message in the number dialed, the
recorded message is played.

[SPEED]
button while the
message is playing to delete it.
