– LBA63 TOLL HIGHWAYS – 2019 Version

18.7 Replacing the boom bracket assembly

The boom bracket is replaced using the following procedure:

A-

Remove the boom bracket by removing the two stainless steel screws A4 10x70, the two
stainless steel washers, the two stainless steel lock nuts A4 M10 and two stainless steel
nuts A4.

B-

Install the new boom bracket, checking that the key is located in the plate housing.

C- Insert the two stainless steel screws 80Nm A4-10x70, the two stainless steel washers, the

two stainless steel nuts A4 M10 and two stainless steel lock nuts A4.

Tighten the screws and nuts uniformly with a torque wrench (tightening torque 37
Nm)

D- Tighten the lock nut so that it is resting on the stainless steel nut
