Operating Instructions

– LBA63 TOLL HIGHWAYS – 2019 Version

18.4 Replacing end stops

The end stops on the LBA 63 TOLL HIGHWAYS are replaced using the following procedure:

A-

Remove the cover

B-

Position the boom in the horizontal position

C- Unblock the lock nut on the vertical position end stop
D- Loosen the end stop to remove it completely and replace it with the new one
E-

Position the boom in the vertical position

F-

Unblock the lock nut on the horizontal position end stop

G- Loosen the end stop to remove it completely and replace it with the new one
H-

Review the adjustment of the end stops (see paragraph “9.3 Adjusting end stops and
sensors”)
