Operating Instructions

– LBA63 TOLL HIGHWAYS – 2019 Version

18.6 Installing the unhinging sensor

The unhinging sensor is installed in the unhinging system using the following procedure:

A-

Remove the unhinging system protective cover completely

B-

Remove and disconnect the old unhinging sensor completely along with the grommet or
cable gland

C- Install the new sensor mounted in its protective tubing

Take care in positioning the small washer. It must be inside the support

D- Tighten the sensor slightly with a 17 spanner
E-

Attach the sensor cable along the support using three Ryslan collars (block the cable with
the collars on the support side, leave it free on the base)
