13.4  "USER PARAMETERS" - Settings for the program: 

The "USER PARAMETERS" functions provides access to the list of user settings that can be modified 
in order to adjust the barrier. Some of these settings can be accessed only via the "ADMIN" user.  
Here is the list of default settings:
