ECU Downloading and Type
ECU screens are shown here in the next 2 illustrations to
check the revisions of software and application along with
downloading the appropriate software. See Figures 4-5
and 4-6.

The Plus 1 software package is segregated into
two basic operational sections. See Figure 4-5.
• The first section of the software is a monitoring
“Log Function”, which allows the user to monitor
vital performance settings in the B40i4 forklift.
• The second section, the “Parameter Functions”
within the software is where parameters can be
manipulated as applicable.
• Follow the screens shots of the Plus 1 provided
in the upcoming pages.
• Also shown below you will notice in the right side
column the REV control number that may
become important as improvements are made in
the software, by the factory.
Format
In the following pages the sections title that the variables
are in follow a format, i.e.
0,3-CP_RPM_PERCENT.
0,3 - Defines the node’s “specific controller”
CP - Stands for Check Point
After CP is the part of the string that specifies a specific
variable to monitor, i.e. RPM PERCENT
In the screenshots on the following pages, you’ll see a
blue number outlined in black,eg~> which is to
easily reference the definitions with the
location of the variable on the screen. You will not see the
black outlined numbers on the screen
