With the “Roaming” function is it
possible to pass automatically to an-
other authorized network provider
when the previous one cannot be re-
ceived. When the “Roaming” function
is disabled, only the manually selected
network can be accessed.
The “Automatic” function enables
to activate an authorised network ac-
cording to the priority list of the SIM
card. When the “Automatic” function
is disabled, only the manually selected
network can be accessed.
The “Manual” function enables to
set the chosen network provider.
With “Network list” the list of the
networks that can be received is dis-
played. The required network can be
directly selected among those in-
cluded in the list.
Use the “Preferred list” function to
create and edit the network list as pre-
ferred.
“Netw. operator” function
This function displays the network
operator settings menu (
fig. 59
).

“Cell broadcast” function
This function enables to receive mes-
sages from special public utility chan-
nels.
