SMTP

Simple Mail Transfer Protocol, the Internet standard protocol for
sending electronic messages from one computer to another

Smart Keys

Two keys

located at the top of the keypad (directly below the

screen when the keypad is closed). Text on the screen identifies the
menus or commands that you can choose by pressing either the left
or right Smart Key.

soft reset

A reset of the pdQ smartphone that restarts the telephone features
and Palm applications without erasing data

TCP/IP

Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol, the standard
rules used for data transmission over the Internet

URL

Uniform Resource Locator, the address of an Internet location
