Setting a Font
You can select the current interface font. In addition to the internal fonts,
all fonts that have been downloaded to the printer memory, or fonts stored
on a memory card or optional ROM, can be selected from the menu as an
optional font. Furthermore, you can set the Courier or Letter Gothic font
type and pitch, the font size, and print out a font list.
Select the font

key.

key and select

.

To select an internal font, check that
Internal
is displayed and
press the
>
key. The message display changes to that shown below. If
not, display it by pressing
the
or key.
To select an optional font, press the ENTER key while
Font >
is
displayed. Press
or
key repeatedly until the message display
indicates
Option
and press the ENTER key. If you press the > key
after that, the font selection display shown above appears. This
operation is possible only when optional fonts are installed in the
printer.
The letter before the number changes according to the type of font as
shown below.
