QuickGene-Mini8L Operation Manual

2 Operation

■After

Extraction Operation

(1) Remove the pressure seal plate from the Cartridge

Holder. Then remove and waste the Cartridges from

the Cartridge Holder.

Note

Dispose of the Cartridges according to appropriate

laws and rules.

Use both hands

Tube

(2) After disposing of all cartridges, lift and separate the

Cartridge Holder from Tube Holder.

Note:

Use both hands to remove the Cartridge Holder.

(3)

Remove 1.5 ml microtubes and put caps on them.

(4) Remove the Waste Tubes from the Tube Holder, and

dispose of them.

Note

Dispose of the Waste Tubes and waste solution

according to appropriate laws and rules.
