QuickGene-Mini8L Operation Manual

3 Maintenance

3.2 Cleaning the Parts

The following table describes how to clean the Parts of QuickGene-Mini8L.

Parts

Cleaning methods

Cartridge Holder

Clean the parts with neutral detergent then wash out with 0.1% sodium

hypochlorite solution. Next, wash the solution out with DEPC water and

then dry the parts.

Tube Holder

Pressure Seal Plate

3.3 How to replace the Pressure Adapter

(1) Turn off the power.

Disconnect the plug of the power cable from the outlet.

(2) Pull out the Cartridge Holder and Tube Holder.

(3) Hold the pressing type knobs of both sides of the

Pressure Adapter as shown in the figure, and then

press the upper knobs in the direction of the arrow.
