(17) Apply Elution Buffer to each Cartridge.
Use the pipette to apply Elution Buffer to each
Cartridge through the hole of the Pressure Seal Plate.
In this operation, take care not to touch the
Cartridges.
If the above procedure is difficult, hold the two ends
of the pressure seal plate and rotate the plate from
the front to the back of the holder by 90°. While
standing, insert the plate into the notches at the top
of the cartridge holder and add the Elution Buffer
.
In
this operation, take care not to touch the Cartridge
or the packing (back) of the pressure seal plate with
the pipette. Once the Elution Buffer has been added

Important
：
Make sure that apply the Elution Buffer after setting
the Cartridge Holder onto the Tube Holder.
Note
：
If any Elution Buffer is left on the Pressure Seal
Plate, wipe it off with a soft paper tissue.
(18) Rotate the rotary switch then pressurized air is put
into the Cartridges to perform the elution process.

Refer to Step (3) to (8).

：
Use both hands to rotate the rotary switch.
