(4)  Set the Waste  Tubes  and  1.5  ml  microtubes into the 

Tube  Holder  in  order.  Then  insert  the  Cartridge 

Holder into the correct position of the Tube Holder.

 

 

 

 

Insert the bottom

 

 

bulges of 

Cartridge Holder 

into the side 

notches of the 

Tube Holder.

 

Important:

 

·

 

Make  sure  the  bulges  of  Cartridge  Holder  are 

inserted  into  the  side  notches  of  the  Tube 

Holder.

 

·

 

If   their   positon   does   not   correspond,   Buffer

 

and/or  lysate  may  spill.  This  results  in  an 

extraction  failure,  and  Buffer  and/or  lysate 

becoming waste.
