2 Operation
2.3 Extraction
This section explains extraction procedure including before and after extraction operations.
Be sure to perform extraction in the following order.
Note: Use the provided Cartridges and Waste Tubes in the Isolation Kit.

Before Extraction Operation
(1) Turn on the power by connecting the power cable
and then make sure the lamp (LED) lights.
Lamp (LED): ON
(2) Prepare the Cartridge Holder, Tube Holder,
Pressure Seal Plate.
(3) Set the Waste Tubes and 1.5 ml microtubes into the
Tube Holder in order.
Important:
Keep the Holder Handle of the Tube Holder toward
the front side when setting the Waste Tubes and 1.5
ml microtubes as shown in below figure.
