(5) Set the Cartridges in the Cartridge Holder so that the
position (No.) of each tubes is the corresponding
position in (3). Check the location of Waste tubes, 1.5
ml microtubes and Cartridges.

Align the taps on the Cartridge with the grooves
into the notch of Cartridge Holder and then push into
the bottom position. If the Cartridge is not inserted in
correct position, it may cause the pressure leakage.
・
If their positon does not correspond, Buffer and/or
lysate may spill. This results in an extraction failure,
and Buffer and/or lysate becoming waste.
Make sure they are
in relative position.
