ingredients are sufficiently

The bottom and the sides
are covered with too much
flour.
You have used too much
flour or not enough
liquid.

Why are the ingredients
not well mixed?
You have not correctly
mounted the kneading
paddles inside the
baking tin.
Place the paddles inside the
baking tin before adding the

The bread collapsed on
