TIP
For a special loaf, try experimenting with a few extra ingredients
such as herbs, cheese, bacon, olives, grains or dried fruit.
Cut into small pieces and add through the dispenser.
Instructions (Cont.)
Memory back-up
The machine features a memory back-up which will be activated if power is
cut for a maximum of 7 minutes during the operation process.
• If the power supply is restored within 7 minutes, the bread maker will
memorise the stage of the bread-making process and the selected program
and will continue the preset program from the moment it was stopped.
• If the power outage lasts for longer than 7 minutes, you will have to reload
the ingredients and reprogram the unit.
• If the operation was interrupted during the dough kneading stage, just
press the START/STOP button and the program will be restarted from the
very beginning.
Additional functions
Automatic ingredient dispenser
Extra ingredients such as raisins, sultanas, other dried fruit, nuts, seeds or
grains can be added to the automatic ingredient dispenser for release into the
dough at the right time. If you prefer softer grains, soak them first, but make
sure they are dry before adding them to the dispenser.
This function is available for programs 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 10. Add the extra
ingredients into the dispenser before you start the program. The machine will
emit eight sound signals before releasing the ingredients into the dough.
Keep warm
For most of the programs, the appliance will automatically start a keep warm
phase at the end of the baking time, which lasts for approximately one hour.
Never keep the baked bread longer than one hour in the appliance after the
end of the baking process, as the bread will lose its crustiness.
You may switch off the appliance any time during the keep warm phase.
Simply press and hold the START/STOP button until you hear a short beep.
