Separating Mid Case

1. Lift up the shuttle shift arm (1).
2. Separate the mid case from the clutch housing after removing

their mounting screws.

(When reassembling)

• Apply liquid gasket (Three Bond 1208C or equivalent) to joint

face of clutch housing and mid case.

• When reassembling the shuttle shift arm (1) to the shuttle fork

rod (2), be sure to install it to the groove

PTO Clutch Valve

1. Remove the PTO clutch valve (2) as a unit.
2. Pull out the pipe (1).

(When reassembling)

• Apply small amount of grease for the O-ring (3).
• Install the pipe (1) to the hole (4) of the PTO clutch valve (2)

firmly.

• Replace the pipe (1) with a new one.
