ORIGINAL INSTRUCTIONS

5-30

Ensure the plungers are clean and free of any scratches or damage before installing

the dynamic seal carrier. The subplate adapter/seal carrier interface must be clean

and free of debris.

Slide the dynamic seal carrier onto the
plunger until the carrier is seated against the
register of the subplate adapter.

Repeat this procedure for the remaining
dynamic seal assemblies.

High Pressure Cylinder Installation

Lubricate the new o-ring with FML-2 grease and position
it in the groove in the high pressure cylinder.

Slide the high pressure cylinder over the plunger and seat
it against the dynamic seal carrier. Position the cylinder
with the weep hole facing down.

Repeat this procedure for the remaining high pressure
cylinders.
