ORIGINAL INSTRUCTIONS

5-19

High Pressure Cylinder Installation

Lubricate the new o-ring with FML-2 grease and position
it in the groove in the high pressure cylinder.

Slide the high pressure cylinder over the plunger and seat
it against the dynamic seal carrier. Position the cylinder
with the weep hole facing down.

Repeat this procedure for the remaining high pressure
cylinders.

A small amount of force may be required to seat the cylinder against the seal

carrier.

Inlet Check Valve Assembly Installation

Position the new inlet poppet spring over the shouldered
side of the new inlet poppet.

Apply pressure to the spring until it snaps into place.
Rotate the poppet to ensure the spring is firmly attached.

Repeat this process for the remaining inlet poppets.

Position the dynamic seal compression spring into the tapered end of the filler tube.

Insert the inlet poppet assembly into the opposite end of the filler tube, spring end first.

Partially install the new sleeve so it surrounds the inlet poppet and spring.
