MAINTENANCE WORK ON THE CHASSIS

Check the chain for wear.
» If the chain is worn:

Change the chain.

Info

When you replace the chain, you should also change the rear
sprocket and engine sprocket.
New chains wear out faster on old, worn sprockets.

» If the engine sprocket cover is worn through in the marked area



Change the engine sprocket cover.

–

Check the engine sprocket cover for tightness.
» If the engine sprocket cover is loose:

Tighten the engine sprocket cover.
