Warning! 

Moving the PTO shafts on the change-over gearbox changes the speed. 

Effect: Damage to the machine 

The speed setting for the EasyCollect 6000 FP is preset in the factory (to a 
transmission ratio of 1:1) and must not be changed by moving the PTO shafts 
on the change-over gearbox.

In connection with the change-over gearbox (1), the drive speed of the maize header can be 
adjusted by moving PTO shafts (5) and (6). 
 
To do this: 
• 

Switch off drive. 

• 

Fold in the maize header. 

• 

Switch off the engine, remove the ignition key, and secure the machine from rolling away. 

• 

Remove the bolts (2) and cotter pins (3) to open the guard (4). 

 

 

Note 

The speed of the maize header can be changed by moving PTO shafts (5) and 
(6) (right and left sides of the machine). Determine the desired speed 
adjustment from the table and move the PTO shafts according to the 
determined numbers (I,II,III or IV).
