Leaving the weight control by saving the weight and display of the weight of the
wagonload

saving)

When the wagon has been unloaded, the empty weight must be saved.

Note

After saving, ensure that you zeroise the weighing equipment again, irrespective of whether
there is still a residual load in the loading area. Therefore, before saving, check whether the
loading area has been completely emptied, otherwise the payload may deviate.

To do this:

To open the Save empty weight menu, press the function key for

from the Unloading

operation basic screen.

Note

To correctly save the payload of the last wagonload, observe the following points.

•

The articulated drawbar cylinders must be extended at least 1 – 3 cm.

•

Release the brakes on the loading wagon and tractor

•

Do not save the empty weight until the loaded status has been saved

•

If there is a Tridem axle, the lift axle must be lowered (leave valve in float position)

•

Select customer counter (see menu 2-1 "Customer counter").
