Maintenance – lubrication chart

•

Remove the locking cams from the hub.

•

Clean all parts.

•

Grease all parts with Walterscheid grease by using a brush.

To grease, use Agraset 116 (order no. 304291) or Agraset 147 (order no.102966). The grease
must be purchased from Walterscheid.
•

Top up the deepening in the coupling housing with grease.

the locking cams.

Insert locking cams into hub.

•

Insert the pre-assembled hub into the coupling housing.

•

Insert shim rings and support disc and secure with retaining ring.

•

Apply grease again on shim rings, support disc and retaining ring.
