9.5 Operation on Spool Jobs
9.5.1 Operating Spool Jobs
The Spool Screen of the Job List Screen provides a listing of spool jobs.
Follow the procedure below to operate the spool jobs.

Press [JOB LIST] tab on the screen, then press [Spool].

Check the status of spool jobs on the list of the screen.
Use the scroll keys to scroll, if 17 or more spool jobs are listed.

Select the desired spool job, then perform the job operation using the job operation keys.
No. Name Description
1 [Spool] Pressed to display the Spool Screen.
2 [File Name] Displays the file name when applied.
3 [User Name] Displays the user name when registered.
4 [Status] Displays the status of spool jobs such as Receiving or
Wait for RIP.
5 Display number/Total number At the top the page number of the Spool list currently
displayed is indicated, and at the bottom the total
number of the list pages is indicated.
6 [To Top] Pressed to move a specified job to the top of the list.
7 [Up] Pressed to advance a specified job by one in priority
order.
8 [Delete] Pressed to delete a specified job.
9 Scroll keys Pressed to scroll to the desired page of the Spool list
if the list contains more than one page.
