Remove the undercover (3).

Place a container under the drain valve (4) on the radiator
side to catch the coolant mixture.

Open the drain valve (4) to drain the coolant.

After draining the coolant, close the drain valve (4) and
add city water.
Pour the water until it fills the radiator.

Start the engine.

10. Run the engine at low idle for approximately 10 minutes.
11. Set the swing lock switch to ON position and check that

the swing lock pilot lamp is lit.

12. To complete the warm-up operation of the hydraulic com-

ponent more quickly, set the working mode to P mode
(heavy-duty mode).

13. Operate the operating portion (g) of the lock lever slowly

and securely to set it to FREE position (F), then raise the
bucket from the ground.

14. Turn the fuel control dial to a point of 2/3 between Low idle

(MIN) position and High idle (MAX) position.
