Multiple Sheet Documents

indexing provides a two-level

counter for your pages. The Document counter will increment
whenever a Type 2 patch is scanned. The Sheet counter will
always reset to zero when each patch page is read and will
increment for every page scanned following the patch page. You
can select to print (or not print) on the Type 2 patch pages. The
print template will include the “Indexing: Document” and an
“Indexing: Sheet” counter.

DCN/DLN/Bates Stamping

indexing provides a single document

counter that can be used as a DCN (Document Control Number)
or DLN (Document Locator Number) or to provide a Bates
counter to print on your pages or images. The DCN/DLN/Bates
Stamping counter will only increment whenever a Type 2 patch is
scanned. You can select to print (or not print) on the Type 2 patch
pages.
