4. If the router is integrated into a company network, pull out the patch cable
from the WAN port.
Can the devices communicate with the computer, even though the
router is disconnected from the company network?
5. Turn off all devices, router, and computer. Firstly, switch on the router and
wait until its self-test is finished. Secondly, switch on the devices and the
computer.

6. Replace the patch cable to the device with that no connection could be
established.

7. Make sure that the IP port of the device matches the port in the chroma-
tography software.
Error messages
The display shows the error message. In addition, the status LED blinks red
(see “Status display” on p. 3). If the red LED does not blink, the error is fatal.

Note: If it is not possible to solve the error based on this list or if a new
error appears, restart the device. If the error reappears, contact the
Technical Support.
