Assembly
The ventialtion control panel has to be installed in a dry room. The assembly places for the sensors and the
vent switches must be well visible and accessible. Do not assemble behind wall projections, door casements or hide
behind construction elements.
Open the ventialtion control panel and fix it at the specified bore-holes to the construction body. Make sure to provide
appropriate material for the fixations. Assembly of control elements and drives according to their joint operating
instructions. Please observe applicable regulations and instructions (see pages 31-32).
Possible connections
- linear drives 24 V DC with integrated electronic power cut-off, tandem power cut-off, synchro module or
chain motors 24 V DC with limit switches or electronic power cut-off
- overall power consumption of all motors connected max. 8 amp
- 10 external ventilation switches “Open/Stop/Closed” (e.g. type LTA 25)
- connection for selector switches manual/automatic (e. g. type WHA-14)
- connection for sensors (e. g. temperature sensor TS-1030)
- connection for one wind-/rain detector (e. g.: type WRM24V, WRM2) or one rain detector (e. g.: RM, RM2)

Provide a separately disengageable circuit.
Secure against unintentional switching-off.
Cable type (see chapter cable length diagram)
Protective conductor cable may NOT be used!
Observe VDE regulations!
up to 200 m IY(St)Y 2 x 2 x 0,8 mm
up to 350 m IY(St)Y 2 x 4 x 0,8 mm
Note
: All cables to the control panel (except the mains supply cable) carry 24 V DC and must be routed
separately from the mains supply cable. The relevant VDE regulations must be observed when routing cables.
The details of the cable types to be used for the operating controls and sensors relate to cable lengths up to 100 m when
fully extended. For longer cables the cable diameters should be increased. The specified cable diameters must not be
reduced. They are intended for an ambient temperature of 20 °C. The diameters should be increased for higher
temperatures.
