Function
The iVent 8A is a ventilation control panel with various control options. This
means that it can be connected to vent switches, wind and rain detectors,
sensors (e.g. thermosensors) and to a master control unit. This could be, for
instance, another ventilation control panel or a building management control
panel.
The iVent 8A ventilation control panel can be configured as a master control
panel; further iVent 8A ventilation control panels can then be connected to it. In
this mode the iVent 8A relays the OPEN/CLOSE/STOP control commands via
the superior outlet (in dependence on the inputs from the WRM wind and rain
detector, vent switches, sensor technology, etc).
The mains power supply unit monitors the output current. A further outlet with a
constant voltage of 27.5 V is available. Special features are available using the
Service Port Software
