Sets whether preset memory values can be recalled from the panel even when the lock

function is enabled.

MEM:RCL

allows preset memory values to be recalled regardless of this

setting.

Value ON(1) Unable to recall preset memory values in the locked condition (Default)

OFF(0) Able to recall preset memory values in the locked condition
