Manual function test on the control unit, close flap (using flap test hand symbol). Make sure
of inflow (clear water)

Open the cover and check the cover seal for damage
10 Visual inspection of the upper section

Disconnect the system from the mains and secure it against being switched on again
12 Remove dirt and deposits
12.1 Check sealing gaskets and sealing surfaces for perfect condition; if necessary replace the
sealing gaskets
12.2 Check the mechanisms of the moving sealing parts, if necessary re-grease
12.3 Carry out a function test to establish the airtightness of the operating valve (motor)

Test and clean the electric probe
12.5 Remove the screws, pull the probe out of the cover
12.6 Immerse the probe in water

The flap must close, the optical and acoustic warning device must respond
12.8 Push the probe with sealing gasket into the cover, screw in place
