Heat resistance
Do not use hot water, a sauna, or heated air (dryer, etc.). Product is
not designed to be heat resistant.

Shock
Intentionally subjecting the product to extreme shock such as by
throwing or causing/letting the product fall forcefully may break the
product. Even if performance is not affected, being dropped can
cause scratches, etc.
Do not poke the microphone, speaker, etc. with a cotton swab or other
pointed object. Doing so may damage/deform the product body and
allow seepage.

Draining the product
As some parts of the product are not watertight, if you use the product
after it gets wet, water remaining in those parts might wet your clothes
or bag, or the sound might become hard to hear.
Follow the steps below to drain water.

Wipe the surface of the product well with a lint-free
dry, clean cloth, etc.

Shake the product

Hold the product firmly and shake it in the direction of arrows
until water does not come out.
* When shaking the product, stay alert to your surroundings.
* Be careful not to have the product pop out, and hold it firmly to
drain water.

Wipe away any drained water.
* Water is particularly difficult to drain from the microphone, speaker,
and charger terminal. Hold the product with each part facing
downward and pat on a cloth.

Place the product on a dry towel or cloth and leave at room
temperature.

Gently pat the product on a lint-free dry, clean cloth,
etc. and wipe away any water in gaps in the
microphone, speaker, hinges, external connection
terminal, etc.
