Putting into operation
First measures
Connect the unit to the power supply and switch the receiver on
unsung the power switch at the front.
“ - - - - ” appears in the LED display and the LED for the operation
indicator lights up red; the unit is now in standby mode.
Switch on the receiver using the Standby button


Every time a button is pressed on the remote control, the orange
LED on the front of the receiver lights up.
Note: The channel list is empty on delivery. The receiver therefore switches
automatically to the “Search” menu after switching on the unit for the
first time. To start an automatic search you must now press the

-button. The remaining parameters (start, frequency, etc.) are only
required for special applications and do not need to be changed here.
When the search is completed, confirm this by pressing

twice.
You can now receive the TV and radio programs received during
the search and call them up using the

-buttons. You set
radio programs using the

- and

-buttons. You return to
the TV programs by once more pressing the

- or

-button.
The “Channel Lists for TV/Radio” section explains how you can store
additional TV and radio programs.
The last viewed program is automatically called up when
switching on the unit.
