Software Download 

 

Thanks to digital technology, the software and the channel list of your 
receiver can also be updated via the cable network. You can find out 
whether a new software or a new channel list is available via the 
“Software Download” submenu. 

Select the main menu by pressing the 

-button and then the 

“Installation” submenu by pressing 



 and 

. Now place the 

cursor bar on the “Software Download” position and select it with 

.  

 

Your receiver now searches automatically for new software and 
channel lists; this can take a few minutes. 

If there are no new versions then you will be informed of this on the 
screen. 

 

You can move the bright cursor bar in “Software Download” with 



. With 

 in the “Display Info” position, you receive 

information on the software being transmitted and on the channel list. 
The “Display Info”, “Operating Software”, and “Channel List” positions 
are automatically checked 

“Yes”

 if new information and content is 

available. The bar to the left shows the relative signal strength.
