You can make the following settings here:
Age Limit: This setting is only effective when appropriate
locking signals are transmitted.
Lock Channel Editing: Yes/No. This allows you to lock or to enable
the editing function for the program lists.
Lock Installation: Yes/No. This allows you to lock or to enable
access to the installation menu.
New Password: Enter the (new) unit password using the
numerical buttons.
Verify Password: Enter the (new) unit password a second time
(for confirmation) using the
numerical
buttons.
Personal: Here, enter the unit ID that the unit itself
reports on switching on. This can be useful
for identification purposes in case of theft.
The “Operating Instructions” section provides
details on how to use the
numerical buttons
on the remote control in order to make
alphanumerical entries.
The factory setting is “UFD 560”.
You have now made all settings to secure and to identify your DVB-C
receiver.
If you forget the password then you must contact your dealer to have
the unit unlocked.
