Installation and operating instructions

Under-ceiling installation

Drill the holes for the fixing dowels into the concrete ceiling slab.

Then fix the dowels and threaded rods in place.

Mark the drill hole positions on the ceiling (refer to the under-

ceiling drilling template (one-sided: 340 mm x 1029 mm / two-

sided: 470 mm x 1029 mm)

Drill, position the threaded rods, fit the nuts and washers.

Fit the connection covers as per the diagram.

(with 1-sided discharge, the separating plate supplied must be

fitted between the connecting panels)

Suspend the unit, tighten and lock the nuts.

Connect up the heating and electrics.

Optional: Connect the condensation side.

Optional: Fit and connect the primary air spigot.

Installation within a suspended ceiling

With ceiling structures with inlay panels, they are largely removed

around the KaDeck.

Bei einer festen Gipskartondecke wird ein entsprechender Ausschnitt

nach nebenstehenden Maßen erstellt.

With a rigid plasterboard ceiling, a corresponding cut-out is

produced in line with the adjacent dimensions.

Fit the suspension brackets on the KaDeck.

Mark the drill positions on the ceiling

(one-sided: 490mm x 1050mm / two-sided: 620mm x 1050mm)

Drill, position the threaded rods, fit the nuts and washers.

Suspend the unit so that the frame of the unit is positioned just

under the suspended ceiling.

Adjust the unit into the correct position and lock in place by

tightening the nuts upwards.

Connect up the heating and electrics.

Optional: Connect the condensation side.

Optional: Fit and connect

the primary air spigot.

6.3. Suspending the unit

Important: Only ask 2 people to suspend the unit due to heavy loads!
