Music on hold sound files.

 

 

 

 
 

Attendant Greetings 

Messages used by the auto attendant if different to the 
originals. This folder is divided by language and by the 
different modes: Day, Night & Break.

  

 

 

 
 

Mailboxes Messages

 For each mailbox there are tour possible associated 

messages: “A Greeting”, “B Greeting”, “C Greeting” and 
the “User name”. Double click the folder and the 
following screen appears. 

 

 

 

Enter the relevant mailbox number and click 

OK

. 

 

 

 

 

System Messages

 

Sub-divided into language folders, this folder contains 
the prompts and messages used by the system in 
normal operation.
