After uploading new messages or music files click the 

 button and 

then close the “Message Manager” window to finish. 
 

 

While “Message Manager” is connected to the voice system WEB access 
is unavailable. When the Disconnect button is pressed, the WEB access 
becomes available again.

 

 

8.2.1 Message and Music Folders in the Unit  

 
The “Message Manager” window is split into 2 halves. The right hand side 
displays the system of folders stored in the unit. By default, only the “System 
Messages” folder contains files. Double click any folder to open it. 
 

 

 
 

User Messages

 

Messages uploaded by the system administrator and 
used in addition to the standard auto attendant 
messages available, or used by special applications 
created using the CDE Graphic interface tool.
