SMS Email Address:
Enter the e-mail address in which replies to SMS messages sent by the unit will
be received.
Technical Report E-mail Address:
Enter the e-mail address to which technical reports should be sent. These
reports contain information regarding: auto attendant activity, messages, e-
mails, SMSs and port saturation.
Report Frequency:
Select between: Day, Week or Month for frequency with which reports are sent.
Enable Automatic POP3 Service (Active or Inactive):
When active, the unit searches for new messages each time it is started up. As
the device re-boots automatically every 24 hours at the programmed time, if this
parameter is active, a search for new e-mails will be done every 24 hours.
Email User Account:
Unit´s Email User Account name. (Optional, depending on the type of the
company´s mail server).
Email User Password:
Password which allows access to the mail account. (Optional, depending on the
type of the company´s mail server).
Email Address:
Voice mail unit´s e-mail address. (Optional).
Email Subject:
Enter the subject to be shown in all messages notified by e-mail.
Email Body:
Enter the text which will appear in the body of all messages notified by e-mail.
Once the different folders’ parameters have been completed the Save...
option allows these input values to be sent to the unit for configuration
purposes. Select “Device” and click OK.
