1.
Do a drop jump.
2.

depending on in which direction you
want to turn.

shoulders in the same position and your
back parallel to the mat.

standing basic position by pressing
away with your hands.
WARNING!
Always start jumping from the marking in the middle of the mat. If you land more than 30 cm
from the marking, stop immediately. Start jumping again from the marking.
MAINTENANCE
WARNING!
The trampoline must not be placed on a hard and/or slippy surface
.
Do not use the
trampoline indoors. Failure to follow these instructions will increase the risk of personal injury.
The trampoline has been designed to withstand a specific weight and use. Only one person at once
must use the trampoline. This person must no weigh more than 100 kg.
Users should wear socks, special gym shoes, or be barefoot when jumping.
Sneakers and tennis shoes must not be worn on the trampoline.
Pets must not be allowed on the bounce mat, to avoid scratching and damage.
Users must not have any sharp objects in their pockets when jumping.
Keep sharp or pointed objects away from the bounce mat.
Before using the trampoline always check to make sure there are no loose or worn parts, or any
parts missing
.
The following situations will increase the risk of personal injury
.
-
Holes and rips in the bounce mat
-
Slumping or sagging bounce mat
-
Loose seams or other wear on the bounce mat
-
Bent or damaged frame parts, e.g. leg bases
-
Damaged or missing springs
-
Damaged or poorly attached frame pads, or missing frame pads
-
Extruding parts (especially with sharp edges) on the frame, springs or mat
NOTE!
The trampoline must be dismantled, or put away, if any of the above defects or any other defects
are noticed which can cause personal injury.
Strong wind
During strong wind the trampoline can be caught by the wind and blown away. The trampoline should be
dismantled or moved to a sheltered area if strong winds are forecast on the weather report. Another
alternative is to anchor the trampoline to the ground by using rope tied round the upper frame and
secured to the ground with pegs. At least three ropes should be used for this type of anchoring. It will not
be enough to just secure the leg bases to the ground, because the upper frame could still come loose.
Moving
The trampoline must be moved by at least two persons.
All the contact points should be taped with weather resistant tape, e.g. silver tape. This will stabilize
the frame when moving it, so that the tubes do not slide apart.
To move the trampoline a short distance, lift it up and carry it horizontally to ground.
The trampoline should be dismantled for other types of moving.
