Basic jumping
Basic jump/straight jump
1.
Stand up with your feet slightly apart
(shoulder width) and your eyes focused
on the mat.
2.
Swing your arms forwards and upwards
in a circular movement.
3.
Jump up and bring your feet together.
Your toes should point downwards.
4.
Land on the mat with your feet slightly
apart.
Knee jump
1.
Do a low basic jump.
2.
2. Land on your knees. Keep your back
straight and hold your balance with the
help of your arms.
3.
Jump back to a standing basic position
by swinging your arms up.
Sitting jump
1.
Do a basic jump and land sitting down.
2.
Place your hands on the mat at your
hips.
3.
Press away with your hands to go back
to a standing basic position.
Drop jump
1.
Do a low basic jump.
2.
Land with your stomach on the mat
(face down) and arms outstretched.
3.
Press away with your arms against the
mat to go back to a standing basic
position.
