SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the Operating Instructions carefully before use!
WARNING:
The trampoline must not be used by persons who weigh more than 100 kg.
Incorrect use of the trampoline can result in serious personal injury.
Before using the trampoline, always check for any wear on the bounce mat or any loose or missing
parts.
The Operating Instructions contain instructions for assembly, maintenance and safety, as well as
warning texts and information on jumping techniques. All persons using the trampoline, or
supervising persons using it, must read these instructions. Persons using the trampoline must be
aware of their abilities and limitations in relation to different jumping and bouncing techniques
.
WARNING:
Do not allow more than one person to jump on the trampoline. More than one person jumping at
the same time can increase the risk of serious personal injury.
Do not do somersaults. Landing on your head or neck can cause serious personal injury, paralysis
and/or death, even when landing in the middle of the bounce mat
.
NOTE:
Seek medical advice if you are unused to physical activity and unsure about your physical status.
It is very important that there is free headroom above the trampoline. At least 7.5 metres is
recommended. Make sure there are no cables or branches etc. above the trampoline.
Free space around the trampoline is also very important. Place the trampoline at a safe distance
from walls and fences etc.
Make sure that there is a free space of 2.5 metres all round the trampoline. Take the following into
consideration when positioning the trampoline.
Place the trampoline on a level surface. Ensure there is adequate lighting in shadowy areas.
The trampoline must not be used indoors.
Make sure that the trampoline cannot be used without authorisation or supervision.
Remove any objects under the trampoline.
The trampoline owner and person supervising the jumping is responsible to inform all users of the
safety instructions etc.
Jumping on the trampoline must be supervised by a well-informed adult person.
Contact the manufacturer for further information on trampoline equipment
.
WARNING
:
Trampolines higher than 51 cm are not recommended for children under 6 years of age. Do not use the
trampoline indoors.
Check the trampoline each time before using it. Make sure that the frame pad is correctly
positioned. Replace any worn, defective or missing parts.
Never jump on or off the trampoline – always climb on. Do not use the trampoline as a springboard
to get to other places or objects.
Stop by bending your knees when you land on the bounce mat. Learn to stop first, before trying
other exercises.
Learn basic jumping and positions before attempting more advanced exercises. Basic exercises
can be combined in series for a greater challenge, with or without intermediate foot jumps.
Avoid jumping too high. Stick to low jumps until you can control the jumps and always land in the
middle of the bounce mat. Control is more important than height.
Keep your eyes on the trampoline when jumping. This produces better control over the jumps.
Do not jump when you are tired. Jump in short sessions, and then rest.
Make sure that the trampoline is safe when not in use, and protect it from unauthorised use. If a
trampoline ladder is used, remove it when the trampoline is not in use to prevent small children
from jumping without supervision. A ladder allows small children to climb up onto the trampoline.
The trampoline must not be used by children under 6 years of age.
Remove any objects that can disturb users. Make sure to keep a free space around the trampoline.
Never use the trampoline if you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication.
You can get further information on jump training from a trampoline club.
