Upon clicking OK, the Online Capacity Expansion Job will begin. This is a
lengthy operation that, when started, will lock out any configuration changes for
the duration of the job.
Increasing the Size of a Logical Volume
Increasing the size of a logical volume allows you to extend the capacity of a
selected logical volume by appending free (unused) capacity to it. By increasing
the size of a logical volume, the hosts that are mapped to the volume will also be
able to realize the increase in size.
